About us

Space 1 was founded in 2019 in partnership with O1 Properties – the largest landlord of A-grade office real estate.

As of today we manage more than 620,000 sq.ft. of office space in 16 locations. Depending on our customer's needs we offer various products: ready-made offices (Space 1), built-to-suit projects (Space 1 Custom), and enterprise-level offices (100+ desks, Space 1 Enterprise).

95% of our tenants are large international companies, incl. General Motors, Sumitomo Corporation, Cushman&Wakefield, Remy Cointreau, BIC, Mammut, Arrival, Loius Dreyfus, and others.
